Below are a list of questions and answers that you might wish to know about us and the services we are offering. If there is something else you would like to know please do not hesitate to ask.

1. I have a phone I wish to sell. What do I need to do?

Well there are a number of stages to the process.

Step 1: Complete form on “Contact Us” page

Step 2: Wait for our reply with our quote of what we could pay for the phone. A reponse is guranteed within 24 hrs.

Step 3: We send a pre paid envelope (paid by us) for you to send the phone to us.

Step 4: You send us the phone

Step 5: We send a cheque to you via first class recorded mail.

Step 6: Please leave a testimonial/feedback on how you would rate our service.

I can also pay you via or I can pay you with CASH (Via Special Delivery).

2. You are asking me to send a phone to you before paying me for the phone. How do i know I can trust you?

We appreciate that you might be unsure about sending a phone to someone you don’t know and concerned about getting paid for it. I hope this will go some way to put your mind at ease but we do trade on Ebay and have an approval rating of over 99% and you can view my feeback page by clicking here .

3. Will you accept faulty phones?

Yes we will accept faulty phones. Please let us know before sending the phone in that it is faulty on the contact form.
